Everything in Opem, and nothing you do not need.

A widget for your users, a dashboard for your team, and an assistant that only knows what you tell it.

A Help button with three tabs.

Ask answers from your documentation. New request sends your team a problem, a question or an idea, with screenshots and the page it came from. Your requests shows each person their requests and the replies.

The widget runs in its own isolated layer, so your styles and its styles never mix, and it follows your users' light or dark setting.

An inbox your team can keep up with.

Every request arrives with what was sent with it: the page, the browser, recent errors if you turn them on, and anything your app chooses to add. Filter by status, kind and person, and reply from the dashboard or your email.

Your documentation, as the assistant's only source.

Upload Markdown, write in the built-in editor, or sync from your build. Documents are split into sections by heading, and you can see exactly how the assistant will read them.

An assistant you can test before your users do.

Describe your product, your pages and your users' roles, then try questions in the test console as any user, with the sections read, the tokens and the cost shown for every answer.

Use Opem's AI and pay per answer beyond your plan's allowance, or bring your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google.

Your look, on paid plans.

Set your logo, colours and corner radius, change any text the widget shows, and see the result live before you save. Free projects use the neutral Opem look.

Seats and roles for your team.

Invite owners, admins and agents. Each plan includes seats, and paid plans can add more one at a time.

Each company's data, kept apart.

Every record carries the company it belongs to, and the database refuses to return another company's rows. Screenshots are stored privately and only ever served to people allowed to see them.

On paid plans your server signs each user's identity, so nobody can read another person's requests by guessing their id. Opem is hosted in London.
